Delivery

Delivery takes 5 - 10 working days as each item is made to order.

Please note all stated shipping times are approximate. We do not provide any tracking information on our orders, however tracking information can be provided upon request.

Returns

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being refunded. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.

Once your return is received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & put your name and order number in so we know who its coming from. Please email us to request returns address.

Print only, 5 - 10 working days

Print with Ready-made Frame, 5 - 10 working days

Stretched canvas print, 11 working days

Beer Box

Delivery

Delivery takes place once a month, every 18th day of each month or the next working day if the 18th is on a weekend. We hand deliver between the M25 only. If we have more orders than usual, your item may be delivered the following day.

Membership Card

Delivery takes 7 – 14 working days as each card is customised for each member.

Returns

The South London Club is an on-going membership subscription service. When you become a Member, the initial term of your membership starts as detailed in the registration. Your membership is automatically renewed at the end of your initial term, for a 12-months period, and is automatically renewed for such period at the end of each subsequent term until cancelled.

If you would like to cancel your membership before renewal, email us on support@southlondonclub.co.uk to obtain a cancellation reference, no later than 5pm 3 working days preceding your current membership term ends.  Your membership term ends a year after you joined (not the card expiry date). You must retain the cancellation reference as proof of cancellation. No refunds can be issued for any remaining membership term after payment has been taken for renewed memberships.
